Buenos Aires Filter Tank Foundation

Our meeting with the Buenos Aires community to discuss the water project.
Barrio Buenos Aires in Trujillo, Honduras, has a problem with sediment in their water supply caused by heavy rains. Rotary is providing some of the materials to build a settling tank. Materials need to be sent down a chute to get to the construction site.

The silt and sediment builds up behind the dam during the rainy season and flows into the community tank. This project is designed to settle the sediment out of the water.
